Please note: We do not refund for change of mind.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the product to us, in its original condition, within 7 working days for an exchange only. We will gladly offer you a credit note if you can’t find a pair that you like at the present time.
Exchange will only be accepted with proof of purchase and if item is unworn. We do not refund or exchange sale products.
We only refund faulty product. Refund will only be given in accordance with provisions of relevant NSW Law regarding faulty product. A receipt must be provided for the refund of faulty product and if it was purchased with a card, it will be refunded to the same card and cardholder.
