Return Policy

We understand there may be unavoidable circumstances in which you may have to return your purchase. Liberty Shoes Australia follows a customer friendly Return and Refund policy.

You may return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in it’s original packaging
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase (for items purchased from our physical store)

Unfortunately returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted. You will have to ship the items back to the Return address mentioned at the bottom of this page.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days from the day of approval of request.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 working days from the day of refund request approval, we request you to check with your bank / card issuer. Depending upon the issuing bank’s processing time, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@libertyshoes.com.au and our team will do their best to resolve the issue.

Return Policy for Discount Offers / Sale items

Our return policy may vary for discount offer/sale items. Approval of return for discount offer/sale items shall be at the discretion of Liberty Shoes Australia.

Return of Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver and he/she will receive the notification about the return.

 

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, and want to exchange it with another piece of the same item, please send us an email at sales@libertyshoes.com.au with a picture of the received item, your Order ID and Mobile number, and we will help you with the exchange formalities.

Return Address

We are working with shipping service providers for pickup of return goods from customer’s premises. While we wait for this feature, you will have to arrange for return shipping of the product. You should mail your product to:

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
